Mental health is real. I really wish people would take it more serious and stop trying to brush it up under the rug. Instead of acknowledging mental health “awareness” one month out of the year, normalize acknowledging mental health all year long. It’s people out here who are suffering everyday without saying a word :(. And it’s always people out there who are crying for help. Don’t ignore them signs. Check on your people.
Mental health will have your mind playing tricks on you but when you surround yourself around people who put you at ease I promise it’s distracting. And if your not a people person find something that brings you joy, or that makes you feel safe.
I use to let mental health take a toll of me until I couldn’t take it anymore. Also being a mother plays a big part of my thinking process as well. I had to think for her, I had to focus on being a happy mother for her. Our kids feed off our energy especially if they are much younger. Kids don’t like seeing their parents hurt and it’s up to us as parents to never fail them 💯.
Anyways, you got this. Everything will fall into place and better days will come!
