New Year New Blog name

Hello everyone :), happy 2023.

I am glad to say that I have decided to change my blog name. I felt that the last domain I had was pretty boring, so I wanted to create something that’s more catchy for my current & new friends. Also, I have other plans so that was another reason why i decided to make that change.

Please be ready because I have so much content that I will be sharing with you all. I promised myself that this year i will start posting more blogs, and I will be making that promise come true. It’s my time to share with you all more!

For the time being, please enjoy reading my blogs and send me some feedback. I would love it!

Leaving the past behind: Tips on learning to move on

LEARNING TO FORGIVE + LETTING GO

Forgiveness is important when learning to move on and leaving the past behind. It’s not just about forgiving others for the hurt and pain they might have caused you. It is also about you forgiving yourself overall. When we consistently remind ourselves those situations in our heads, over and over again, we fall into that mental state of staying stuck in the past. It’s a on going cycle that will not stop unless that thought is broken. The only person who can break that though is you.

But also forgiving is not only about forgiving others, letting go isn’t just about letting go of the past. It’s also about letting go of toxic relationships, negative thoughts/surroundings, bad habits, and bad beliefs. It’s about letting go of the false things we keep re-minding ourselves with, over and over again. Be committed to letting go, self discipline is needed sometimes.

 

 

HAVING AN UNDERSTANDING + GETTING RID OF THE PAST

There comes a time when everything you go through in life might just repeats itself. Usually, it’s things like:

  • Being argumentative
  • Being in denial
  • Holding on to the past
  • Refusing to let go
  • Blaming others for your actions
  • Using your past circumstances as today

 

Sadly to say, some of the things we forever hold on to and the cycle we tend to create are ruinous and will lead a negative impact on our lives. Now there are some that actually use their past as motivation to move forward and to keep going, but their is also others who make up excuses to continuously be at stuck mode. Why? Because it’s more simple to make up excuses and living a lie, which we know we shouldn’t be doing at all.

 

BE WILLING FOR CHANGE

Change doesn’t necessary always happen right when you want it to. Most of the time we are forced into change. Accept that things aren’t going to always go your way and move on from it and just hope for better. Sometimes things aren’t just meant, but you have to realize that change is part of our lives. It is growth.

We can go through the most toughest storms but you definitely never want to stick in the past, be willing to let go of anything that’s not worth holding on to.

 

EXPRESS OPENLY

Sometimes expressing how you feel openly can be a good choice. Hiding your feelings honestly can make you feel worst. Be free, be open to express yourself in whatever way makes you feel good, just do it without no fear. Self-care is very important. It is tiresome holding up balled up feelings and not getting any kind of relief. Top three things i do to express myself openly.

  • Write in journal
  • Counseling
  • Call some one close

Growing up and making changes is a big effort, but it definitely takes a lot of work. Be patient, be authentic, be willing to move forward and more open to new things in life.

 

NO BLAMING + BE COMMITTED + NO EXCUSES

Stop blaming others of your actions. We all have our own mindset and the way we look at things, and can’t no one stop the way we think, unless you see a DIFFERENCE! Own up to mistakes, and always remember that failure comes with all of this. Don’t put yourself down and blame yourself for anybody actions NOT EVEN YOURS! I use to blame myself for everything because i didn’t believe in myself or anyone else. All i did was put pressure on myself and blame me for every problem, when i know i shouldn’t have. 

I was so insecure but now i found myself. I learned to put the past behind me and move forward. You can’t control everything that happens because maybe it was meant for it to happen that way. Leave the past, blaming, and negative energy somewhere else. You are wise enough to find peace and happiness within yourself and others. Remember you have the power, you have the strength, use it. NO EXCUSES!

7 ways of changes to improve your life

 

1. BE MORE MINDFULNESS

Learn to take and do things more slowly, and try not to be such in a rush through your life too much. Enjoy your favorite t.v shows, book, or food. Just relax and enjoy your surroundings. Pay more attention to people around you. Live a little, stop being so hard on yourself.

 

2. ORGANIZE +DE-CLUTTER

So when you aren’t organized, and you have things everywhere and not where it suppose to be it can be very overwhelming. Especially if it been a while. Make a plan and pick a perfect day for you to just do a full 360 on your home. Make a list of things that need to be done, and list the rooms in order you gone do first to last. Throw out things that you are holding on to but you don’t have to hold on it, let it go throw it away! Make an effort to do a good clean up more often so you don’t have to go through this as often.

 

 

 

3. BRING OUT YOUR CREATIVE SIDE

We are all creative humans. Being creative doesn’t require knowing how to just paint or draw. You can be creative in having your own style, cooking recipes, make up, or even creating your own product from home. You can find different ways of being creative by simply doing research or surprising yourself with hidden talent you didn’t even know you had until you try something different.

 

 

 4. PLAN OUT YOUR MEALS

Planning out and prepping our meals every Sunday for the week ahead makes life SO much easier. I no longer have to wonder what I’m making for dinner while on my way home from work. Also, when you prep and pack your own lunch you’re less likely to reach for junk food (Which we don’t need), not to mention that it also saves you money. I’m sure it’s someone out there like me need to stop wasting money on eating out and changing up there health. Since i have done that, i spend way less money on food now, which is a blessing. Don’t get me wrong i slip up sometimes, but for most part i am better.

 

 

 

5. MEDITATION

If you are a busy body like me with a packed schedule or suffer from anxiety+depression, a once a day meditation will help you be more calmer, and hopefully may stay that way. I know for me it did. Meditation reduce stress, and give you the ability to not feel so much pressure in your daily lifestyle. I recommend this 100%!.

 

 

 

6. FIND A HOBBY

This is absolutely my favorite topic. Finding a hobby is well worth it i promise. When you figure out something you can do in your spare time, like learning a new skill, sewing some things on your sew machine, or writing a book, you don’t have to focus on the stress in your life. This is how i started blogging, one day i was just surfing the internet and i came across a blog. Then i started doing my research. So then i decided maybe i should give it a try, and BOOM! i did. Now i love it. I love blogging so much i decided to take blogging to the next level and making it more of a business instead of an hobby.

 

 

7. 30 MIN DAILY WALKS

Oh yes! I find myself more productive when i do daily walks, mostly better in the am, but anytime is okay. Even if you don’t do other extra work outs, taking a walk is fine, Get your head phones, and just walk around your neighborhood for some fresh air. A little work out won’t hurt. If you do it everyday you will feel a difference mind/body wise. Even if you grab a friend to come with. Time yourself and make a check list so you can see your progress.

 

 

          Honestly you can’t expect things in your life to change over night, especially if you aren’t pushing for change, You have to be determined to move things forward in life. Don’t never give up on learning and growing, everyday there is something new discovered and it can be relevant knowledge for yourself. Hey everyone! Hey Girl-Bosses!

I am so excited and thrilled to write my first blog post on being a girl boss, that will inspire and empower the ladies to move on up to a higher level on building a career on their own..

First of all, Girl bosses aren’t suppose to be 100% perfect, rich, and have everything on point right away. It takes time! A lot of us ladies, haven’t got it all figured out, we make mistakes. We get discouraged. We get stressed. We get overwhelmed. BUT we aren’t going to let these problems define who we are anymore.

Success is a long journey, it’s not going to be easy, but once you pull through, the light will show how many bumpy roads you been through to get to where you at now.…but girl bosses are ready for anything that comes there way, and ready to see what life has to offer. So to all my soon to be girl bosses out there, here are 10 Tips on becoming a girl Boss….

#1 BRAINSTORM + PLAN

To be a boss you have to have a plan. A lot of people just jump right into being something they aren’t yet and more than likely they begin to fall off. So we can’t let that happen right?…. brainstorm on all your plans and stick to it. Make sure that on your daily work days, you have something planned out already. That means you need to get a lot of beauty rest so you can wake up and get ready to start your business/boss day. As women we like to be in control, it’s okay to admit to it, because it’s the truth. Everyday is a new opportunity, take advantage of that, not focus on what’s going on, on the other side. Be confidence in this process.

#2 ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS


Be confident. Feel good about yourself and what you’re doing. You already a girl boss even if you haven’t started your business yet. BUT the fact you already planning, researching, and studying to be a girl boss, you accomplished something.

#3 BE FEARLESS

No hesitation, just go for what you know and want. Give in all the hard work you can! Think about your future from now, do you see yourself making no mistakes? or do you just feel everything is going to be perfectly fine and not make any? NOT! please don’t be that sure, you will have a lot of challenges you have to battle. It’s okay to be confident because all girl bosses suppose to. BUT understand to be an entrepreneur it’s not an easy walk in the park. Don’t live with the “What ifs” and the “I give up”, I rather live with the “I can” “Lets do it” “Lets try” “OH WELL” “NEXT TIME”. I say this because you have to believe in failure, and failure will come just to test you TRUST! Nothing is more better than knowing how feisty, strong, and down to earth you are!

#4 ACCEPT FAILURE “CAUSE IT WILL HAPPEN”

I have made plenty of post discussing failure because most of us can’t accept it, or couldn’t at the time. If you are trying to be a girl boss i can tell you now that you have to accept failure. Failure isn’t a bad thing at all, perhaps it’s actually a good thing. I’m sure you heard the old school saying you will “LEARN FROM YOUR MISTAKES”. It’s definitely true. Failure is actually GOOD. It makes success so much worth fighting for. Easy is lame, and for people who want a hand out, BOOOO!!!! Remember you aren’t alone at all, there is women out there that is dealing with the same thing right now at this minute!

#5 TALK TO PEOPLE

To be a girl boss you have to be a people person, and if you aren’t you have to work on being one. It’s good to network with others, and associate with people who are in the same line of business you are. Also, it’s good to meet people ahead of you because they can be a lot of help and teach you some things you may not know. Holding your own in intellectual conversations is an A+ in your success. Drive people out of there heads to realize how smart and intelligent you are. You never know what open doors of opportunities might be coming your way. I’m just saying….

#6 LEARN. READ. STUDY

Learning is a life long process, so it’s always good to be talkative and willing to explore.

READ – Make sure you read a lot. If you aren’t a reader then guess what sis it’s time to get in them BOOKS! Learn and read as much as you can. There is so many ways and tips on you becoming a girl boss. Every girl boss should educate her self on how to make money in their line of business, and what can they do, or what do they need to get prepared. Their are books out there just for that.

STUDY – Make sure you study. Take all the notes you  can, take all the screen shots you can, just  make sure you are putting more knowledge in your head day by day. You have to be a master mind or train yourself to be one. Being  smart and showing it off is a A+! Know your SHIT!

#7 EARLY BIRD

Your determined to be in the entrepreneur field now, so you definitely need rest. Especially if you suffer from insomnia like me which is hard to go to sleep early. Now i am working on my sleeping schedule. Go to sleep more early, wake up early and get things done. Also, even though when you are your own boss your working towards being self employed, you have to make sure your mind/body is ready for early meetings, and any other important things that have to be done business hours. If you wake up early, you have to eat a good healthy breakfast, time to do a quick work out, time to make your morning coffee instead of late in the night so much.

#8 HEALTH

Your health is important. Who am i to talk? Yea i know… at first i didn’t take my health seriously, and actually it kind of made me lose hope in furthering my dreams because i started to get really lazy. Now that i know health is important, i am on it! If you are always getting ill then the best thing for you to do is stay on your vitamins, healthy drinks, healthy foods, veggies, fruit and much more. We need vitamins in our body, and we have to keep our immune system in good health. What if your business require traveling? so keeping up with your health is so important. Work out a couple times out the week. I work out a couple times of week due to my mental health issues, i suffer from depression and anxiety so when i work out it definitely makes me feel much better.

#9 MAKE OFFICE SPACE IN YOUR HOME

I feel that making an office space in your place of living is perfect and convenient. Having your own office space just looks so much professional and legit. Especially if you work from home, and you need your own little space for your notes, computer/laptop, and whatever else. It makes your girl boss attitude 10X confident. Also, when you walk into your office space you know automatically it’s time to work and get things done. I promise it will make your life way more organized.

#10 MAKE TIME FOR YOUR SELF

Making time out for yourself is important. Like reading a book, watching your favorite t.v. shows you haven’t watched in a while, cooking your favorite dish, going out to the movies, or even leaving town for a couple days. With me working a regular job and still building a business from scratch sometimes is very stressful, so when i get overwhelmed i just shut down. I will go two months without talking to people like that, and just staying to myself trying to get my mind together. Pampering yourself is important but i definitely recommend to just pick 1 day out the week to pamper yourself while you are still building or working on your business. Your physical and mental health is so important.

#11 HAVE A ROUTINE/SCHEDULE

Having a routine is definitely needed. You have to make sure you plan out things you need to get done, Self discipline will keep you from having a brain that is scattered everywhere. Organized comes with being a girl boss. Make sure you have a schedule and a list of all your weekly plans in your planner so you can stay on top of all your work and priorities.

Being an entrepreneur isn’t easy at all. Sometimes, it’s not set up for everyone neither. You have to be prepared of the do’s and don’t, and what can everything turn out to be later down the line. It takes hard work, long nights/early mornings, to be whoever that you got set in your mind to be. It’s going to be difficult, and no matter how defeated you are don’t think that failure isn’t possible, because it is. I have gave up so many times, i have fell off so many times, i even been through the stage where i just felt like i was at my ending point and i just can’t do it any more. I had to let go of the negative and stay more on the positive side, and learned how to believe in myself more. Trust the process. Keep picking yourself up every time you fall, giving up should never be an option or a thought. You have to know your worth before anybody else knows it.

HOW TO MAKE TIME FOR THIS THE SEASON

It has been a crazy week for me, preparing for school and dealing with all the late christmas shopping and trying to please my little girl. First off, hope you all enjoyed your holiday! As much as I love this cold season, let’s be honest it’s kind of depressing. Well you know what? not kind of, it is stressful.

My thoughts and emotions have been over the place this past week with trying to type up as much blogs as i can, writing this book, trying to land my first client with http://www.allthingsbysb.com, thinking about my goals for 2019 and what the new year holds for, figuring out new areas of growth for “Theonlyseqouiab” Blogs, and also having to deal with the slacking of not being consistent with building a business.

Personally, I am someone who likes to plan, brainstorm, and do a lot of research. I am very proactive, I even talk out my plans in my head, yeah so what lol! And so when I feel like I don’t have things going right, or feel uncertain about things like the new year.

I’ve had to repeatedly tell myself that ‘girl, it’s ok, just relax and stay positive, your time is coming. I’ve had to constantly tell myself you can’t have EVERYTHING your WAY! No one does, honestly. You have to keep faith each day. I found it hard with trying to cope with everything i got going on in my life. I always felt it would be helpful to share my thoughts on how to make time out for yourself during the holidays though because i feel it gives a big relief expressing your feelings and someone can be going through the same thing.

Yes, it’s amazing seeing family and friends, going out, having drunks nights, clubs, but sometimes all this can be overwhelming and completely stressing. You don’t want to look back at this time and wish you made out more time for yourself and backtrack when you will need time to rest, time to reflect, time to sit in think out on what this past year has been like for you.

So, with that being said, here are some ways to make out time for yourself this season!

 

1. PLAN OUT YOUR TIME

The first thing I would suggest is planning out your week ahead of time. Write down everything you need to take care of in your planner and the day it needs to be done by. First thing first, don’t forget about giving yourself time. You could treat yourself or just spend quality time doing what you love. It could be a couple of days or half a day. But, make sure you are doing this regularly though, you’ll be overly thrilled by the results.

#2: LEARN TO STOP ALWAYS SAYING YES

For me honestly it’s hard to say no, and i mean its hard! But sometimes, you’ve got be selfish with your time and patience. It come to a time when you need to put yourself first. There’s only so much you can give to others . If you are not feeling something, you don’t have to do it! Don’t force yourself to do things you don’t have no time for. Can’t make it for a birthday party? not your fault. Don’t have the funds to go out to an event with your friends? Not your fault! Use this time to evaluate and rethink about everything that you been dealing with and be ready to throw it all in the past!

#3: LIFE CLEANSE!

YES! I said it, life cleanse. What i mean by this you need to cut away everything that distracts you, stressing you out, pressure, and whatever else that is giving you a big headache right now. Ok for an example, Social media. Social media can be very good for your sources and yes that is where the money is at, but sometimes you need a break! We don’t realize how much we are addicted to social media and we need to take time to just put down our phones and let it just be in it’s on world sometimes. Relationships: Boy! can i tell you, that sometimes a relationship can be a distraction when it’s not on good terms. Well if you need to take time out to take a small break like a 2 day vacation just to focus on you do it! that don’t mean you have to break up but sometimes being to yourself for a while is needed. Your phone it self also can be tiresome, sometimes we tend to text a lot, and sit and stare on our phone even when it’s dry. It’s okay to sit your phone down for a couple hours just to read or take a quick 2 hour nap, remember your health is more important. So, treat your health like you should. I know we like to constantly update the world with our news but sometimes, we have to ask ourselves if it is necessary; we have to check our motives and priorities.

New Year Resolutions 2019

2019 is literally around the corner you guys, this is the best time to plan out your new upcoming year. Lets set goals. This blog is to give all my readers tips and ideas on how to make a convenient/proper resolution list. Also to motivate my readers on how it’s important to write out all goals and how helpful it can be. I feel it’s always good to write out everything you want to change or make better. Here is a few things on my list for 2019 below. ⇓

             Health & Fitness:

  • Work out 7 days a week for 1 hr and 30 minutes
  • Weight loss goals:  Currently 199  and want to drop down to 175 by summer 2019 
  • Change bad eating habits, drink more water and less acidic drinks.             

                 School:

  • Go to a community college to major in “Journalism”. Majority of my life writing has always been my go to, whenever i felt down and needed to vent i would always grab my pen and just write. Since i am a blogger, i decided to take it to the next level and major into journalism. It took me so long because at a point of time in my life i was lost/confused and didn’t believe in myself at all.

               Self Care:

  •  Self care: Work on loving myself, taking care of myself, and focusing on my own happiness first. 2018 i just started my self love journey. I had a tough time finding who i really am, and i also didn’t know my worth. I always tend to put a lot of people happiness before mines. I suffered from depression a lot in 2018 and i definitely do not want to go back down that path.

               Finance:

  • Save, Save, Save. I have a huge problem with saving and getting myself in mad debt. So i started a finance organizer that i will start using 2019. I separated rent, bills, gas, groceries, and extra savings. I labeled each of my priorities and i will be adding money to it to help me keep up and be able to pay everything on time.

It is important to write out a list of goals for the New year. We should always want more, or want better. When i see people always talking negative how they don’t need to change or don’t want better i definitely block them out my life #NoNegativity. We can’t block out our blessings, we should always want better for ourselves.

Every new year should always be some kind of change. Even if it’s a small change. If you focus on your list of goals then i promise you that your New Year will be worth all your hard work and dedication. Stay focused and make sure you make 2019 your BITCH, yes i said it, your “BITCH”! It’s your time, your year, and about you! remember that.

Mental health counseling works to!

Hey everyone, hope you all are having a productive and stress free week so far, if not then i also hope this post might can help someone out there.

So some of us usually think that going to therapy can always solve our problems with mental health. Well, yes therapy is good, but if you don’t want to do therapy because it might make you feel uncomfortable or for any other reasons, then counseling is definitely the right choice. Therapy and counseling are two different kind of help. Here is the meaning below of counseling.

Counseling meaning: advice; opinion or instruction given in directing the judgment or conduct of another

          COUNSELING IS MORE CONVENIENT

Most of us is always busy, either with a 9-5, starting your own business, in college, or whatever you are currently building for your future. For some reason, it’s just always something going on. but…. we can’t complain, because this is the life we live in, right? Well on the other hand that is why most people ignore the fact that they are stressed, depressed, and neglecting the simple fact that they need help and on top of that it’s kind of hard seeking therapy when you are forever busy, that is why i definitely feel that it’s more alternative to consider counseling.

You can go to a counseling group class, or to a direct counselor in person or even online for a two week or three week session, possibly a little more, just to get yourself prepared and better. Counseling is basically the first step, but if your counseling don’t get you better, then that’s when they will refer you to a therapist.

The main serious thing is that you are doing something about it and you aren’t giving up on yourself. You are making a way to get the help you need. What i have realized over the years is that mental health is a struggle, and it is also a battle you have to continue to overcome. Don’t let it grow it to something else.

Ask yourself questions. How are you feeling? What is bothering you the most? What is the next step to get through this? 

Whenever you see a sign of any kind of mental health issues then talk to someone asap. You aren’t alone at all, it’s over millions of people just like you, me, and whoever else that is suffering from mental health issues. It’s nothing to be ashamed about. You can look up different online counseling programs for those who can’t meet up with an counselor.

Your mental health is important. There is so many beautiful people out there that have got so overwhelmed they bodies are still here but mentally they aren’t, and it sucks. You can tell the difference, you can see that happiness isn’t there, you can see that some people have gave up and didn’t fight. Don’t let that be you. We have to encourage one another to keep going and to keep fighting. Everyone needs that helping hand. If counseling doesn’t help then try another method that is close to counseling or look online for others, I am sure that it is someone out there that can really give you good advice, and give you strong words that might just help you push through.

What was i thinking the day i started blogging?

Hey loves, so lately i been doing a lot of “How to” blogs, and blogs giving out tips i have learned, and basically just a lot of informative blogs. So i decided to make a few blogs about myself, not saying that i don’t do that already, but i just haven’t lately. My last post was the start of it, I shared some information about myself that most of you guys don’t know yet but if you read that post then you know. I’ll be sure to add the link to my last post for my new readers to read it.

The first day i started blogging i had plenty of thoughts. Here is a list of things i thought about.

Was anyone going to read it?

Yes! This my first thought. I truly felt that no one wasn’t going to read my blog. I started to have second thoughts and really started to get nervous.

Would i even build an audience?

When i started  blogging my social media wasn’t really getting no attention so i was skeptical on if i would even have audience. I had made an Instagram and had about 100 followers when i first started sharing my blogs. Gaining audience wasn’t easy at all.

What if i never move forward with being a blogger?

Plenty of times i thought about giving up. Even though i knew that this is what i wanted to do, I still had second thoughts. Faith is the reason why i kept moving forward. I had to believe in myself. 

Moral of the story is i never thought i was going to never get this far. I been receiving freelance writing offers, and so much other opportunities. Blogging has gave me peace, and put me in a space where i can just write my pain away that i go through. Blogging keeps me leveled and in place. I am proud of myself because i was all over the place. I didn’t know what i wanted, but now i definitely do. My potential has came out really good so far. I can’t be nothing but excited to continue my blogging career.

THE CHALLENGES OF BEING A BLOGGER

There will be plenty of challenges we encounter as bloggers, but you don’t have to win them all. There is a couple main things we need to be a blogger. A computer, platform, domain, niche, social media, plan, and a goal. Super easy, not even the hard part. Most of us already have what’s listed, just might not have everything to consider yourself as a blogger quite yet. The easy part is that you may already have a social media acct, and depending on what platform you are using it might be free to start, which is more dope. The hard part is gaining audience, and striving to keep going. Sometimes not having any visitors or reaching a certain amount of audience makes things mad hard. Why? because we are still trying to figure it out. Here are six challenges we encounter as bloggers.

  • CRAZY HOURS

The majority of your readers will be global. You will get readers from all over that live in different time zones. It’s 3 am home?   Well it can be 3 pm some where else. Therefore you don’t have set hours as a blogger. That’s the lovely part about it. You can sleep in, reply to emails when you feel like it, and also be able to work when you travel. Those crazy hours you are up, don’t think it’s the wrong thing because it’s not. It actually might be good to have crazy hours especially for those who suffer from insomnia or just enjoy being up late.

  • RISK OF FAILURE

Yes failing will happen, I said this multiple times, but i am definitely going to repeat it again lol. If you can’t take failure then being your own boss will definitely not work for you.

  • BROKE OR LOW ON MONEY

Sometimes blogging cost, like when you have to pay for a domain or pay to monetize your platform, most platforms is yearly and under $100 which isn’t to bad. A lot of people think once they start blogging they immediately start making money and that should never be a thought at all. It takes time. Be patient. If writing, blogging, and being a boss is your goal then patience should be the key. We all need to understand we have to spend money to make money. Investing into your business and investing into your time is important. The good thing is when you are broke or just extremely low, bloggers get gifted items and other times they’re paid to wear or try out different brands for free. Also, bloggers are able to make money bringing in customers to there companies as well.

  • DEALING WITH OTHER OPINIONS

 When you are a blogger you have to realize you are stepping into a world with a possible of million different readers. The way you carry yourself will speak a lot on its own. You have to make sure you have self respect, authentic, and remain being yourself. You have to talk about your blog as if it’s very important to you. The more you talk down on your brand the more you will lose your audience. You have to make sure that your passionate about what you do and want to help others to be the same. Represent your brand with integrity and dominance.  Be confident in your goals, and dreams.

  • REFLECTION, REFLECTION

Lets be realistic. You have to be one BAD ASS. Not literally bad in a evil way, I mean far as “knowing what you are talking about” at all TIMES. You are a REFLECTION of yourself. Make sure when you write your blogs, you go back and look through everything you written. Do it sounds promising? Do it sounds authentic? Do it looks like you know what you are talking about? Those are the questions you need to ask yourself. Don’t be in the rush to publish a blog post that doesn’t even make sense or will confused your audience. You want as many visitors you can get. Why? because that’s one of the ways you make your money, DUH! Don’t cheat yourself at all. Your confidence is what keeps you going. Look in the mirror and compliment yourself, it’s nothing wrong practicing self love even if you have it already. 

  • KNOW YOUR WORTH

Please know your worth. Don’t let the negative out beat your positive.  For an example, If you get offered a good opportunity, but the opportunity isn’t paying you anything.            “EXAMPLE QUESTIONS”

Why this opportunity non-paid?  What are the good deeds i’ll get if i do take this opportunity? 

Make sure you think your choices through. Don’t settle for what you feel isn’t worth settling for.

Why should you start a blog?

So, have it came across your mind on why should you start a blog? 

There are many different reasons why you may want to start a blog. I started my blog basically as a hobby, and it all started from there! There are others who start their blog as a way to make money right from the very beginning, but that’s not a good idea. When you first start blogging, it should be because you enjoy it.

Many people start blogs for all kinds of reasons. Honestly, there is no right or wrong answer why you should start being a blogger.

Below are reasons/ideas you may want to think about while starting a blog.

 1. Be apart of an community: I have met a lot of people through my blog. And, I also enjoy all the feedback from readers and blog friends that I’ve made over time. Being able to connect, meet, and learn from others is one of the biggest positives of blogging.

    2. Grow: Being a blogger can help you grow in so many ways. You will become even more determined in the topics that you enjoy. You will constantly learn, meet new people, and experience new things.

3. Have Fun: If you are into blogging like myself, it will definitely be fun and satisfying for you. I like reading other blog post, finding new people to chat with, and learning new things. Blogging is a fun business to have, regardless of the subject that you are writing about. Who wouldn’t want to travel across the world with out worrying if you going to lose your job? Blogging is a hobby you can turn into your daily job.

4. Blog for others: No matter what type of blog you have, you are helping other people. Someone may be inspired by your posts, they may learn something new and different, they also may find enjoyment from reading your writing.

I like to talk about the benefits of blogging and also like giving out motivation. For me, I have learned a lot and I’m still learning until this day now. I am still educating myself about blogging, and learning how to make extra income, all just by reading other bloggers post. 

Hopefully, my blog posts help and motivate others to be great and to continue there blogging career. For example, I hope that all of my “how to” posts help motivate others to learn how to generate income, and to come up with good ideas and topics to talk about. I also hope that other bloggers purpose of being a blogger is to build a business, help others build, and catch flights more than a ride.

5. Build a business: Blogging can be a great way to improve the business you already have, or to create a business all on its own. I know plenty of successful bloggers and they all say that blogging is the best thing that has ever happened to them. I agree 💯%! While you are blogging weekly/daily it can give you different business ideas, and also help you learn so you can expand and continue to succeed. You have to brand yourself while building, like posting on all social media and mobile professional networks like https://www.linkedin.com.

Hey My Loves!!!

I am back at it again with a audio blog!, I did one once some months back, and i did pretty good. 

 I’m so happy to always share facts about myself, or just giving out tips for others that can relate. At times i feel unproductive and I really began to feel this way when i have so much ideas that i get overwhelmed and indecisive. Today i will be sharing a few things i do when i am feeling this way, and maybe it can inspire+help someone to apply these tips on there journey. 

                     PRESS PLAY FOR AUDIO:

1.Take notes: Majority of the time we’ve got so many different ideas all around in our heads. I think it’s best writing it all out.handwriting-notes-1024x576-1024x576.jpg

2. Take a small break: Have some quality time alone to figure out why are you feeling unproductive. Can it be negative vibes around you? Stress? Scared of failure? Or is it because you see others succeeding much quicker than you. (which is fine)

3. Be Capable: We all need the ability to move forward. Be capable of all your responsibilities, and understand that after you take time to evaluate yourself, you have to get back to the process.

4. Routine: In ordinary to overcome this feeling you can also start by getting things done. For an example, clean up your room, cook your favorite dish, or DIY a home project, do things that will make you feel motivated.

5. Support System: We definitely need a support system, although their is people that really don’t have one, but just me being honest, a support system is helpful. We need friends and family to encourage us when we are feeling the way we are. Sometimes it takes a village to become the best version of yourself.  Importantly, take time to look at your progress. Support.jpg
