𝑺𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒎𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝒊𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒏 𝒊𝒕 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒍𝒐𝒈𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈, 𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒑𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒓, 𝒑𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒊𝒄 𝒇𝒊𝒈𝒖𝒓𝒆, 𝒔𝒐𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝒎𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒂 𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒔𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏/𝒎𝒐𝒅𝒆𝒍, 𝒐𝒓 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒖𝒓𝒆. Sometimes it can be hard, but once you actually start figuring out different tricks & tips on how to build, it definitely will work. Don’t use your personal social media account to promote your blogs #MakeAnewAccount

When you you use your main social media account sometimes it defeats the purpose. “My opinion!” I think it is more valuable when you make an account specifically for your blogs. You can be able to explain better in detail, have debates, and all around target the main point of whatever blog you just published. You want to make sure your audience be able to understand, relate, & focus just on that blog, so you can be able to bring them to visit your website. It’s all about posting good content & giving your readers more of a reason to enjoy your content as well.

Use your creativity

Being creative is something that comes natural regardless. Sometimes a lot of people feel they aren’t creative, but don’t understand that everyone is in there own way. Find different things to post on your social media that will bring attention to your social media. Host a giveaway, have a poll on your Instagram story, or go live and interact with others.

Make videos on (Insta story, Insta post, Igtv)

When you make videos, it just helps brings more audience, and also a good way to show your authentic self. Let people get to know your personality, and be able to visually see you. Sometimes by just posting pictures aren’t just enough. Talk about your upcoming blogs, what do your readers want you to blog about next, or just whatever that comes to mind. You are the host remember that, so think of some of your good skills you have, and put them to use. The more you stay active, the easier it will get to start getting people to notice you.

Be consistent with your followers

Yes, consistency is the key. When using social media, your social skills are important. People adapt to those who are communicative & open. Make sure you reply to comments, & DM’s, because that’s what your audience would like. No need to act sassy and ignore those who are asking a simple question, or just want to shoot you some advice. Not even that, but what if a company is interested in working wit you and like your content. You don’t want to pass up good opportunities.

Post daily

Stay active by posting everyday. Even if it’s a simple quote, picture, or just something that you want to discuss. Especially until you build your social media following up, eventually you can make a routine on what days you post, but save that when you elevate & actually have a good amount of following.

HIGH QUALITY
(HIGH QUALITY PHOTO)

High Quality Photos

Photos is another way to bring a large audience. Make sure you download good photo editing apps like Photoshop ExpressPicsArt, and many more. Even myself can admit that when i see awesome photos it brings my attention right away. Sometimes you have to think as if it was you who will be interested.

Use HASHTAGS!

Hashtags is another way to build up your following, actually a quick way. There are billions of users who use hashtags, be one of them. Make sure you use the right hashtags and also switch them up. Sometimes using the exact same hashtags for months & months, will make it hard to get your page noticed. So yes use hashtags! You can search up viral hashtags on google of course.

I hope these tips can help, they definitely helped me in so many ways. Screenshot so you can have them in your phone.

How to stay dedicated to blogging

When i first started blogging, I am going to be honest with you all. It was so confusing. I didn’t technically have a niche, or knew my purpose of even starting a blog. I just knew i liked writing. So, I started to peep out other blogs, which me looking at other blogs is the reason that i even had the idea to start from the first place. Now yes, blogging can be easy as 1,2,3, but when you don’t know exactly what you are doing it can be a little mind blowing. You have to find a niche, figure out what exactly you want to share to the world. I use to consistently ask myself a list of these questions:

  1. Why do i want to become a blogger?
  2.  What do i want to blog about?
  3. What is my niche?
  4. How far do i plan on going with my blog?
  5. How can i make money becoming a blogger?

a63e7fd1-fde0-4f8a-be10-6aa5457829c0

These are questions i asked myself. As crazy as it sounds, writing down questions to continue to ask yourself so you can finally have the right answer and make the right choice, can certainly help no doubt! Don’t rush into blogging, but you can always be a step ahead. Even if you haven’t blogged for so long, just stay dedicated and true. If you are determined to succeed in blogging, make blogging your priority and not an hobby.

Look like a pro even if you are a beginner. As a blogger, you want to make sure that your audience always has something worth to read. Having a interesting article brings more attention then you think. Lets be honest, how many people look up “How to’s” all day or “Tips on” in there search engine 24 hours 7 days a week? A lot! Millions of people.

TO-DO-LIST

A to-do-list, is definitely important to me, and it should be for you to. Write down a list of topics each week to blog about. So for an example, if you decide to blog every Mon, Tues, Wed, then write a to-do-list, of want you are going to talk about. Trust me, this will make your life so much easier.

CONSISTENCY

Consistency is a must. You have to stay consistent when it comes to anything business or something you actually want. Don’t give up and keep striving to be the best you can be. Things will get hard but as long you stay focused on your plan, everything will go just right.

ACCEPT FAILURE

You have to accept failure, I know a lot of people don’t take failure fairly, but it’s the honest truth. Failure is only a lesson learned, we learn from our mistakes, we learned when we don’t get something right, but we was suppose to keep going until we get what we are striving for down packed. Sometimes you have to fail before you win!

BE AUTHENTIC

Always stay true to yourself and your audience. Honesty is the #1 key to be trusted. When you become a blogger or already a blogger, you want to make sure you grow your audience. Their might be something you went through that someone else went through and they need tips on how to get out over it, and by you going through those tough times you can probably inspire someone else. So continue being yourself, and using your capability to help others, or teach people things they never even had the knowledge of.

If you do everything i listed above, i promise you will stay dedicated. But, you have to want this. You have to be determined to get up and write blogs and promote yourself. You can’t expect for no one to do it for you, at least not now. Remember if you plan on becoming a blogger full time, or making blogging a priority in your life, then don’t look at it as an hobby. Do a lot of research, search up other blogs that have the same niche as you but are more experienced. It’s okay to get ideas and tips from other bloggers. At the end of the day we all have to learn some way. Eventually, you will be able to master at blogging. You will be so immune to it, to the point you will naturally find something to talk about.

   Btw, Happy Friday! 🙂

Tips & motivation on finding happiness

Oh hey it’s Wednesday! It’s mid day almost the weekend!

Thought i will kick today off with a little motivation note…

img_0977

In today’s world it’s tough finding happiness when it’s so much negative things we see right in front of our eyes. It’s like sometimes we are forced with it, for an example we have streaming news & social media that reminds us every single day on what is going on in this world.

We have to focus on being comfortable with happiness. Living life how we want to and without any regrets. Finding ourselves & loving our selves. Being more mindful & being more stress free.

Trying to be happy has been one of the most hardest thing for me to do. “Literally”.

It was hard because i was battling anxiety & depression, so happiness wasn’t even part of me at all. Now that i been focusing on just myself, I seem to better off love every part of my growth i have developed over time. Don’t quit, because when you quit then you start back slowly turning into your old ways.

img_0974

Happiness is the key…

img_0976

I had to start being accepting. You might not let everything slide& you also might not trust everyone, but it comes a time in life when you have to let go in forgive.

There will be people that will try to antagonize your character & bring you down but you can’t let them.

Here’s a list of facts to focus on being happy:

  • Find what makes you happy in stick to it
  • Let go of any kind of negativity that’s holding you back (friendships, relationships)
  • Focus on self-love
  • Be more mindful
  • Do a good spring cleaning
  • Create a schedule to take a day out the week to do things you enjoy
  • Go on a small or long vacay
  • Read a inspiring book
  • Watch a inspiring movie
  • Listen to a motivating podcast
  • Communicate with others that have a positive mindset
  • Get rid of things at your home that give you bad memories
  • Believe in faith
  • Accept failure

Learning how to be more happy & focus on being happy is what really will keep you leveling up. You have to know that happiness will replace any kind of stress so you can continue building, being happy will attract the right people around you. being happy only makes you stronger. Being happy will make others like you, accept you, & want you in there presence.

It’s been a journey for me but i am more than excited to just smile, and love life like no other.

HOW DID YOU FIND HAPPINESS IN YOUR LIFE?

Feel free to drop it down in the comments would love to here how :)…

WHAT TO DO WHEN STRESSING?

As an adult we may cope with our stress differently from one another. And it’s pretty damn annoying when you consistently try to work on getting over your stress but everything just comes falling down at the same time. Sucks right?! I mean i always try to practice ways to get over my stress, and yes i found plenty of solutions to help with that, but why can’t life just be peaceful and stress free?.. I guess it’s part of humanity huh?!

img_2558

First off take time to follow through this stress roller coaster you are going through. It’s ok to talk to yourself, we have to figure ourselves out first before anyone else. So don’t feel like something is wrong with you. I mean you will be surprised how many people talk to there selves. Anyways… Ask your self simple questions

For an example:

Why am i stressed out?

What can i do to relieve this stress?

What stress level i am at between 1-10?

You don’t have to specifically ask yourself these questions but i advise you to figure out the main problem first.

“We can repeatedly tell ourselves we aren’t stressing, but holding it in and not being truthful only makes things worst…live your truth, and fix it” -SB

So we have different ways how we handle stress one way or the other. Some people like myself show there most tempered side, and some show there emotional side. Either way, you can find different ways to help lower your stress level.

Here are a few things that helped me and might can help someone else:

  1. Write in a journal
  2. Get professional help (Therapist, Counseling, Coaching sessions)
  3. Go on a social media diet. Meaning, stay off social media for a couple days “It works”.
  4. Talk to a close friend/family member
  5. Go on a self-care outing. Find something you like to do that you don’t do often but it makes you feel good.
  6. Boxing + Yoga Class + Zumba Class + Gym
  7. Sip & Paint class.

For the most part, I think through out our lives we will have stress that will come in and leave. We will go through the bad, we will go through the good, and sometimes we will go through both at the same damn time! Finding your happiness and your peace of mind should always be your focus. Sometimes overwhelming yourself and who the person you are becoming can take a toll on you. That’s why no matter what i try to mentally work on myself first. It was a point of time in my life that i didn’t focus on me like i should have. I’m sure a lot of others relate. Focus on caring for your self, and finding out different techniques that will help you in the long run. Stress is a silent disaster, so lets work on making stress less of an issues instead of one. Practice mindfulness, practice self-care, practice on how to be a better you.

This Article was inspired by one of my readers :). They were curious on how i react to stress and wanted me to give out some tips i use to help me through out this journey. Hope you enjoyed this blog and please feel free to go to my “Ask” tab and ask whatever questions you like and ill definitely respond!

Leaving the past behind: Tips on learning to move on

img_0794

LEARNING TO FORGIVE + LETTING GO

Forgiveness is important when learning to move on and leaving the past behind. It’s not just about forgiving others for the hurt and pain they might have caused you. It is also about you forgiving yourself overall. When we consistently remind ourselves those situations in our heads, over and over again, we fall into that mental state of staying stuck in the past. It’s a on going cycle that will not stop unless that thought is broken. The only person who can break that though is you.

But also forgiving is not only about forgiving others, letting go isn’t just about letting go of the past. It’s also about letting go of toxic relationships, negative thoughts/surroundings, bad habits, and bad beliefs. It’s about letting go of the false things we keep re-minding ourselves with, over and over again. Be committed to letting go, self discipline is needed sometimes.

HAVING AN UNDERSTANDING + GETTING RID OF THE PAST

There comes a time when everything you go through in life might just repeats itself. Usually, it’s things like:

  • Being argumentative
  • Being in denial
  • Holding on to the past
  • Refusing to let go
  • Blaming others for your actions
  • Using your past circumstances as today

Sadly to say, some of the things we forever hold on to and the cycle we tend to create are ruinous and will lead a negative impact on our lives. Now there are some that actually use their past as motivation to move forward and to keep going, but their is also others who make up excuses to continuously be at stuck mode. Why? Because it’s more simple to make up excuses and living a lie, which we know we shouldn’t be doing at all.

BE WILLING FOR CHANGE

Change doesn’t necessary always happen right when you want it to. Most of the time we are forced into change. Accept that things aren’t going to always go your way and move on from it and just hope for better. Sometimes things aren’t just meant, but you have to realize that change is part of our lives. It is growth.

We can go through the most toughest storms but you definitely never want to stick in the past, be willing to let go of anything that’s not worth holding on to.

EXPRESS OPENLY

Sometimes expressing how you feel openly can be a good choice. Hiding your feelings honestly can make you feel worst. Be free, be open to express yourself in whatever way makes you feel good, just do it without no fear. Self-care is very important. It is tiresome holding up balled up feelings and not getting any kind of relief. Top three things i do to express myself openly.

  • Write in journal
  • Counseling
  • Call some one close

Growing up and making changes is a big effort, but it definitely takes a lot of work. Be patient, be authentic, be willing to move forward and more open to new things in life.

NO BLAMING + BE COMMITTED + NO EXCUSES

Stop blaming others of your actions. We all have our own mindset and the way we look at things, and can’t no one stop the way we think, unless you see a DIFFERENCE! Own up to mistakes, and always remember that failure comes with all of this. Don’t put yourself down and blame yourself for anybody actions NOT EVEN YOURS! I use to blame myself for everything because i didn’t believe in myself or anyone else. All i did was put pressure on myself and blame me for every problem, when i know i shouldn’t have.

I was so insecure but now i found myself. I learned to put the past behind me and move forward. You can’t control everything that happens because maybe it was meant for it to happen that way. Leave the past, blaming, and negative energy somewhere else. You are wise enough to find peace and happiness within yourself and others. Remember you have the power, you have the strength, use it. NO EXCUSES!

What was i thinking the day i started blogging?

Hey loves, so lately i been doing a lot of “How to” blogs, and blogs giving out tips i have learned, and basically just a lot of informative blogs. So i decided to make a few blogs about myself, not saying that i don’t do that already, but i just haven’t lately. My last post was the start of it, I shared some information about myself that most of you guys don’t know yet but if you read that post then you know. I’ll be sure to add the link to my last post for my new readers to read it.

The first day i started blogging i had plenty of thoughts. Here is a list of things i thought about.

Was anyone going to read it?

Yes! This my first thought. I truly felt that no one wasn’t going to read my blog. I started to have second thoughts and really started to get nervous.

Would i even build an audience?

When i started  blogging my social media wasn’t really getting no attention so i was skeptical on if i would even have audience. I had made an Instagram and had about 100 followers when i first started sharing my blogs. Gaining audience wasn’t easy at all.

What if i never move forward with being a blogger?

Plenty of times i thought about giving up. Even though i knew that this is what i wanted to do, I still had second thoughts. Faith is the reason why i kept moving forward. I had to believe in myself.

Moral of the story is i never thought i was going to never get this far. I been receiving freelance writing offers, and so much other opportunities. Blogging has gave me peace, and put me in a space where i can just write my pain away that i go through. Blogging keeps me leveled and in place. I am proud of myself because i was all over the place. I didn’t know what i wanted, but now i definitely do. My potential has came out really good so far. I can’t be nothing but excited to continue my blogging career.

Anyways wrapping it up. For all my new readers hope you enjoyed this blog. If you are into learning a few tips about blogging and how to make money or just love reading blogs that are motivating, please feel free to go read my other blogs :). I have a lot of very informative blog post for all of you. Follow me on my social medias as well to :).

10 Things you might not know about me

Hello my loves happy Sunday,  I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was a very chilled one, spent most of my time at work. I got a chance to get a few things done and to work on some of my upcoming projects. What would we do without weekends!? We’d all be shit out of luck at this damn point! Anyway, I’m excited to give my readers some awesome information about me.

img_0814

I realized there are so many other random facts/things about me that you probably have no idea about. So that’s why i decided to make today’s post. I always want to share fun content on my platforms and very good informative post as well, just to keep my readers satisfied and worth their time. So to kick off another week, here are 12 things you might not know about me….

1. I cry at romantic movies. Yes, even the sentimental ones. I literally can’t take it – I’m such an emotional wreck when it comes to stuff like that. I be so embarrassed when I watch movies around others i always try to sneak wipe my tears lol but it doesn’t work.

2. I’m 1000% addicted to coffee. I literally can’t go a day without it. Like i honestly can drink coffee anytime of the night.

3. I love video games. Yes, I either play video games online or i pray The Sims 4 on my pc.

4. I hate making eye contact. Making eye contact for so long is so annoying. I can’t just sit there in stare in some one eyes. I start getting a weird feeling in my stomach i don’t know why.

5. I have a cousin in the NFL. Richard Sherman #25 ex Seahawk now a 49er. I use to post him on my old social media, but i made a new one so none of my new followers or readers knows.

6. I hate being home alone. It’s up there with the things that freak me out most. I literally will turn on every single light and T.V. so i won’t feel alone. It’s pretty pathetic, haha! WORLD’S BIGGEST SCARY CAT!!

img_0816

7. I boxed for 5 years straight. Yes, i use to train to box and oh how i miss it so much. I had a kid and just lost touch of fitness sadly. Definitely thinking about going again.

8. When I meet someone, I literally know in about 5 seconds if I like them or not because i am really picky about who i surround myself with. I’m also a big believer in keeping a small group of friends rather than a big group because of past experiences.

9. I absolutely HATE talking on the phone!! In fact, I never even be on my phone like that at all! everyone gets so mad haha! It takes me about 2 days to acknowledge the messages before I even think about replying. I am the hardest person to text or be in contact with. If i am not working i’m a couch potato for sure.

10. My job i am at now, has been the longest job i have stayed at over a year. No bullshit, i quit majority of every job i had. I just didn’t really like the jobs i was working at. It wasn’t for me. Well  don’t judge me now lol, at least i stayed with one, that’s the good part!

11. I was in a 9+ relationship. Yes i was in a very long-term relationship. When i was dating we barely posted each other, so not to many people knew unless they were close friends or families. Then after while i started posted him again, then i just completely stopped. So, on that note none of my new readers or followers knew nothing about me dating.

12. I love Mexican candy. Yes i am a big addict when it comes to Mexican candy. I love pico sito the most :).
