5 TIPS ON HOW TO BECOME A RELEVANT BLOGGER

There is a lot of people who want to start a blog, But not really posting relevant content that catches the audience attention. Sometimes, people feel as if they post a blog it’s automatically going to get someone’s attention and it doesn’t work that way. Why waste your time posting up blogs Day by day but not doing anything to get attention you need or want. Make your blog relevant, and today I want to show you a few tips on how you can do that.

1. FIND A BAD ASS NICHE

A niche is a specific topic you will be posting about. You know when you go on google and you search (How to be more mindful) and hundreds of blogs pop up, and your clicking on about four different ones so you can get the correct information you need. Well clearly, you can see that topic is popular because a lot of blogs are popping up, so make sure you post something that people actually want to read.

2. CUT THE LAZY CRAP AND GET TO WORK

Yes! Stop being lazy. If you want to become relevant, you have to make yourself relevant. Sometimes we give up when we only get 10 likes on our pictures, 5 views on our articles, and not getting any comments. But what we all fail to realize, everyone started from somewhere. You can’t just wake up and want to start something new and think right then in there you are going to rise up. You will grow over time. Some people have there own time limit when they will get noticed, but you can’t focus on other people and how they are ahead of you. Just do what needs to be done and you will slowly but shortly see how far you have succeeded.

3. CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY

Be consistent with anything you do. Make sure you post daily and share links directed to your blog on every social media platforms. Support yourself first, then eventually people will support you. If you post good topics you will receive good feedback.

4. BE AUTHENTIC

Be real. No one wants nobody to feed them with lies and bs, that’s not a good look. Like when you see other bloggers post “I made $300,000 in a week click here to see how!” Then when you click it, it feeds you with a bunch of bullshit, then tells you “if you want to find out more information save your spot now for the webinar for $250!” Lol! Total scam! Rather if they do have the information, how did they learn the information they are teaching you? I’m sure they figured it out just like how you can. You just have to plan, brainstorm, and not find the easy way in to everything. Honesty is the key to having loyal readers. I don’t know about you but i cling on to people I can trust!

5. CREATE VIDEOS

Videos some how bring a lot of attention. People would like to see you, be visible, chat with your followers or readers. Sometimes physically being visible makes your blogs so much better. Your readers can actually see, hear, and understand you so much better. Sometimes it’s good to just level up and do things a little different.

Hitting your late 20’s? Make the rest of your 20’s a year of self-discovery.

Now that I’m 28 going on 29 in December, I just realized that I started late when entering in to the entrepreneur world. At age of 27 is when I started to think like wow I’m ready to be wealthy. And truthfully I’m sure other mid & late 20 year olds know that this is the most hardest time in our lives. Why? Because we are finally in adult hood and we are experiencing so much responsibilities. Bills, rent, gas, children, school, work, all of those things put pressure on us.

I was stressing more than actually finding myself and really trying to figure out my next step in life. One day I just woke up feeling different, feeling like I need & want more, feeling like this isn’t for me. It’s a honor to be comfortable with who you are, but at times it wasn’t because I was thinking that people will judge me for just figuring out what I actually want to do in life. So now I know I need to fight off any bad spirits that’s trying to bring me down and stop me from moving forward in life.

Our 20’s should be a year of self-discovery. Try different things until you find what you really like and want. No matter if it’s with someone, or by yourself. There’s nothing wrong going on a journey by your lonesome. Sometimes even relationships can be a distraction, and I wish i knew this then instead of now, but hey life is set up to learn and discover.

When I look back I realized how irresponsible I was, I couldn’t save money for shit, and I was so quick to spend. It’s a time in life where you have to stop buying all that expensive shit when you can save that money for your future success. Now that I’m on a journey for financial freedom and independency Starting now, I been brainstorming and figuring out a plan to build & become wealthy. My mind is already set to become a millionaire 1 day, and I’ll never change that or settle.

I decided late in life that I want to become a blogger. So, I started a blog Sixteen Pages. It has been two years, this is my anniversary blogging month. I always enjoyed writing, being expressive, sharing good advice, and discussing important topics, so I knew blogging was going to be something I’ll enjoy. And It was.

So now I listen to entrepreneurial, money making, and uplifting podcast on Anchor, another one called “podcasts” that came with my iPhone, and a couple more other podcast platforms. Listening to podcast has motivated me in so many ways. I’ve changed my thoughts about sex, relationships, and money. I now have a better sense that anything is possible with faith.

At first I was more afraid then happy to pursue my dreams, now I’m ready. I am not afraid to travel now, I am not afraid to take my brand to the next level, I am not afraid to quit my 9-5 so I can start my adventurous lifestyle while blogging. I am ready to travel out the country to learn, explore, meet new people, promote my brand, and to build my happiness.

In the path of transitioning into the new you, you might lose people on your way. But sometimes I honestly feel “if I lose you, that means you were never meant to be in my life.” You will lose & meet new people, it’s possible.

Make sure you focus on self care. Self care has been very momentum in the past few years. Back then I didn’t understand the concept of self care. Self care involves your health, mental health, appearance, etc. Just taking care of you and making sure you are good first is self care. That’s my motto now and my motto walking into 2020.

Be responsible. Sometimes when we get to a certain age, we start to be unorganized, and that is definitely not good especially if you are stepping into the entrepreneurial life. I admit myself that I am not responsible at times and I slip up. And I learned my lesson, like a big lesson. I remember I didn’t plan out my week for paying off bills, and end up doing something totally different and was broke by the end of the week. I went without gas, small meals, and barely no gas to get work. “Can I say the struggle was real?” I definitely don’t want to go through that again. Be responsible. There is an app to by the way. Using a planner has really helped me be more responsible, on time, and way more organized.

If I knew what I know now I’ll tell my younger self to be confident, independent, don’t give up, and focus on what you want and go for it!
